At Zorli, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number for faster assistance.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used kitchen items
  • Opened or washed items

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or color, please return the original and place a new order.
