1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States.
2. How long does delivery take?
Our processing time is 1–5 business days, and shipping usually takes 6–9 business days, for a total delivery time of 7–14 business days.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time. We're working to expand our shipping options in the future.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can track it directly through the carrier’s website.
5. What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to update it. If it has shipped, we can’t guarantee address changes.
6. What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
7. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us at support@zorli.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We’ll resolve it quickly.
